List of Only Those Areas Where FHA Limits Went Up.

To supplement my earlier post from today on temporary increases in FHA maximum mortgage limits.

OFHEO, the safety and soundness regulator for Fannie and Freddie has published a PDF listing of ONLY those areas that limit increases (These limits also apply to Fannie and Freddie conforming loans).

You will see that for Oregon the limits increased only for those three areas I identified in the earlier post; you can download that PDF file HERE.
