HUD Issues 2nd Annual Homeless Report to Congress, Sorta..

Although I didn't find it in HUDUSER or on the CPD national HUD web pages, I finally located the second HUD homeless report to the Congress HERE. Pg.24 of the Report to Congress has the only state/local information in the report -- a map of state homeless count and homeless % of population. (The 'doubting Thomas" in me wonders why the report was issued this year with so little attention?).

Local HUD Continum of Care data HERE, used to compile the national report, has NOT yet been updated with the latest data . When that data is updated my plan is update the prior Oregon unsheltered homeless comparisons found in my earlier post HERE.
