News story on CNN Money HERE says new report concludes that 70% of seriously delinquent subprime borrowers are not being helped by existing programs.
Report was prepared by State Foreclosure Prevention Group consisting of 11 state attorney generals and state mortgage banking regulators. Their April 2008 full report, as PDF file, is HERE (from NY Banking Department web site).
