The Housing Authority of Portland has posted it's Fiscal Year 2008 Annual Moving to Work Report HERE. The Annual Report looks backward to assess the funding HAP received, the people it served, and the progress it made on its planned initiatives.
Several months ago, HAP posted their Annual Moving to Work Plan for FY 2009 HERE.
