Without any fanfare that I can see, the new Oregon Tax Expenditure Report for the 09-11 biennium has popped up HERE on the Oregon Revenue Department website. (It's 400+ pages, warranting the Wonk Alert).I am sure I will have an analysis at a later date; my prior first-of-a-kind post and analysis of Oregon housing related tax expenditures for the prior biennium is HERE.
