Off Topic: 2.8% Of Oklahoma High School Students Pass Test With Questions from Citizenship Exam.

The survey organization points out that the pass rate for citizen applicants taking a similar exam was more than 92% vs. the 2.8% pass rate for the Oklahoma HS students.

Note that for questions 6-10, out of 4,000 responses only 6 were correct....
