Expanded /Updated Summary/ Cheat Sheet on HUD Livable Communities Advance Notice, Request for Comment.

I have updated the summary/cheat sheet I previously put together to help clarify HUD's Advance Notice and Request for Comment for the upcoming Livable Communities Regional Planning Grant Funding Announcement. The link HERE to the document remains the same as previously posted.

I updated the summary:

1. To change the link to the actual document as officially published in today's (Wednesday, Feb 10, 2010) Federal Register. (FR version is more compact at 5 pages, vs the draft which was 15 pages).
   
2. To add two additional areas and the questions HUD is asking input for: B. Entities Eligible for Funding, and C. Selection Criteria.
