SeeClickFix: Using Social Media to Increase Government Responsiveness.

Interesting concept to attempt to use social media to empower citizens to identify problems, refer to government, and track progress towards resolution. (Slick way to identify problems, but resources to investigate,fix, prioritize on fixer end may be an issue?).
