Hardest Hit Data and Trial Allocation Data from Bend Outreach Session.

I have scanned three documents from the Bend Hardest Hit program outreach session into a single file HERE.

File includes delinquency and foreclosure data, unemployment data, price decline data, and the %'s resulting from several possible allocation methods, with breakouts for the 16 hardest hit counties (unemployment 12% and above) and the rest of the state.
