The Washington County Board of Commissioners recently received a briefing on the HUD Sustainable Housing NOFA's; I have posted that presentation (as a PDF file) HERE.
Provides a good summary of current thinking on content of application,which is due to HUD in mid August. (23rd if I recall correctly).
