As I projected in last months summary of HAMP activity for Oregon (HERE) , permanent HAMP loan modifications exceeded trial loan modifications for the first time at the end of June.

As I projected in last months summary of HAMP activity for Oregon (HERE) , permanent HAMP loan modifications exceeded trial loan modifications for the first time at the end of June.
Some Oregon Observations:
- Oregon's inventory of active trial loan modifications continue to shrink to 4,017, that's down by (4,871) or 55% since the start of the year.
- Oregon inventory of active permanent loan modifications continues to increase, reaching 4,389, an increase of 402% (3,514) since the start of the year. This 402% rate of increase is less than the national rate of permanent loan modification increase of 486%.
- Oregon's permanent loan modification active inventory increased by 471 in June, but this monthly increase was down from 499 increase in May and 741 increase in April.
