Got a timely response to my request for documents related to Oregon Hardest Hit non profit.
OHCS has provided the non profit by laws HERE and a copy of the participation agreement with Treasury HERE.
OHCS staff indicates that their contract with non profit is still pending, as is the future meeting schedule for the non profit.
