Oregon's Hardest Hit Fund Funded by TARP Reaches $220 Million With New $82.7 Million Allocation from US Treasury.

OHCS press release, sans the total, is HERE

My calculation of total received  by Oregon to date:

Total   $           219,994,215
Latest Increase  $               82,700,000
First Increase  $               49,294,215
Initial Allocation  $               88,000,000

Other Hardest Hit states have also received additonal funding, AP story HERE says Ohio received an additional $250 Million. Story also says that Ohio started taking applications for their program this week; Oregon is currently saying their programs will start early next year.

The two ADDITIONAL Hardest Hit allocations received by Oregon in the last 60 days represent a 50% INCREASE from the ORIGINAL allocation. (Wonder if the 50% boost is true for other states also?).

Once I see a complete list of funding for states I will publish along with any links to Administration PR.

Likely the end of the federal fiscal year played a role in allocating this money today.
