I have updated the HAP YTD Board Packets link in the right pane HERE.
Packet from September meeting includes interesting reports on lease up of project based vouchers, and several other rental assistance programs developed by HAP using their Moving to Work authority.
In addition to my fav project based vouchers (more than 1,100 in use), programs include short term rental assistance, agency based rental assistance, and security deposits for Veterans in supportive housing (VASH). (These all start at page 39 of the updated Board packet).
HIGHLY recommended read; LOTS of other useful information in the September packet also, like 91% lease up rate for vouchers, and total FY 2010 revenue crossing the $100 million threshold. (YTD Board packet is more than 500 pages and will take a couple of minutes to download, so be patient).
