Florida ONE County Pilot of Hardest Hit Unemployed Mortgage Payment Assistance Program Gets 600 Applications in First Week.

Press release from Florida Housing Finance Commission is HERE; PR indicates that pilot program in Lee County and that up to 1,000 applications will be accepted.

Website for Florida HH programs is HERE and includes a link to web portal HERE for homeowners to file their applications (similar to what Oregon HH program will be using for their Unemployed Mortgage payment assistance program). 

Full details about two Florida HH programs are HERE; their program cap for both programs appears to be even more generous that Oregon's, providing up to 18 months of mortgage payments, $35,000 in funding, and is available to households with incomes up to 140% of median income.
