HAP FY 2011 Draft Moving to Work Plan Posted With Planned Rent Reforms, Hearing Set for Tuesday, November 16.

Each year the Housing Authority of Portland HAP does a draft annual plan for their HUD Moving to Work Program, providing a road map for the changes they are planning in their HUD Public Housing and Voucher programs for the coming fiscal year.   

The draft plan for FY 2011 has now been posted on their MTW web page HERE; the actual plan is HERE. 

The hearing on the plan is scheduled for Tuesday, November 16, 2010 @ 6:15 pm at the Multnomah County Building, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR

Included in the draft plan are significant rent reforms. HAP has prepared a special web page with details about those rent reforms HERE.
