Operating Cost Adjustment Factors, used to adjust certain project based Section 8 rents will be in the Federal Register on Monday. (Draft of that notice is HERE) .
A quick review shows that the Oregon FY 2011 OCAF will be 2.6% , a reduction from the 3.2% FY 2010 Oregon OCAF.
