Added comment on Deschutes and Jackson County noting that a high share of their loans were home purchase loans.

I have created a table HERE showing the CY 2010 count and dollar volume of FHA Single Family loans for all Oregon counties.
The table includes a breakout of loan, by purpose: purchase; refinance; or HECM/reverse equity (another form of refinance--you might call it "the final refinance" if you were morbid):
If you print the table it is LEGAL sized and landscape orientation to allow all the data to fit on two pages.
I have previously posted about the 20,000/$4.2 billion statewide totals for CY 2010 HERE.
Two additional observations I would make about the county data are:
- The 5 Oregon Portland metro counties accounted for a little more than half of the total state volume of CY 2010 FHA loans (10,439/19,999=52%).
- Deschutes (71%) and Jackson (70%) had higher rates of home purchase loans than the 55% statewide rate.
