I extracted select data from new NLIHC budget table HERE to construct table below. It shows comparisons of funding for select HUD programs in House /Senate Appropriations bill scheduled for vote later this week with FY 2010 funding and funding that had been proposed in President's FY 2011 budget. (% in far right columns are CHANGE %).
Biggest % drops were for housing counseling, Section 202 and 811, HOPE VI, and Public Housing Capital Fund. [Section 202 and 811 got more however than President had requested].
Project based assistance had greatest increase.
