At a recent Oregon Fair Housing Council sponsored session with attorney Michael Allen on HUD's affirmatively furthering fair housing requirements, I asked about any studies or best practices linking fair housing and the major rental housing production program of the last 20 years, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
It took me a while to get back and find a site that Michael recommended but the relevant site from the Poverty and Race Research Action Council is HERE. Lots or research papers and comments, including comments made on Qualified Action Plans completed by state Housing Finance Agencies that administer the LIHTC.
