Will have BIG financial impact on agency and on Section 8 projects here in Oregon with effective date of October 1, 2011; my heart goes out to OHCS leadership / staff-this is not the way to start the holiday, I'm sure.
That is just plain wrong. I am concerned w/an out-of-state contractor administrating the program. Lack of local understanding is inherently wrong and has the potential for unintended consequences (loss of affordable housing, for one).
