Monthly TARP Report Has No Data on Households Helped by Hardest Hit Programs, Only 7.1% of Available Funds Have Been Drawn Down by HFA's.

Unlike other TARP housing programs, no consolidated count of households helped is provided, likely because only $541 million [7.1%] of the $7.2 Billion allocated to the Hardest Hit program have been drawn down and at least some of that is likely overhead costs.
