Most notable local housing related dashboard I know of is at homeforward HERE. Love the data, but could probably use some design work (which may be in progress already?).
The vendor for the main software suite used by the PHA I work for (both shall remain nameless) tried to sell us a dashboard program a couple years ago. It was some basic data augmented by a few Excel-generated charts; missing was the sort of historical data (also missing from their main software suite) that an administrator would need to actually figure out what was going on in their program. Since I already pulled the reports offered in the dashboard program, we declined to purchase. I'm now working on a more comprehensive and monthly dashboard-type report (querying our database through MS-SQL Server Mgmt Studio instead of our vendor's product) so I was glad to see the Portland example you linked to.
