Portland Metro 2010 Median Home Sales Prices Were More Affordable than in 1980 ,1990, and 2000.

  1. Great analysis! Extremely low interest rates and sales price adjustments have made home ownership more affordable now. Ironically though the more stringent underwriting standards and the poor economic outlook and high unemployment have many potential first-time home buyers unable or unwilling to take advantage of this new found affordability.
