Construction Started on FHA Insured 150 Unit Freedom Center Apartments in Northwest Portland.

Project is located at 14th and Pettygrove in NW, immediately East of I-405.  (Completed office building is to south of apartment construction).

My prior FY 2011 FHA Oregon multifamily summary HERE  has table that shows $13.037 million loan for 150 units.
