HUD Publishes Fall 2011 Semi Annual Regulatory Agenda, In January 2012.

Frankly, some of entries don't make sense...It's January 2012 and some proposed rules (including long, long delayed Affirmatively Furthering Fair housing proposed rule) show a proposed date of December 2011 and rule has yet to appear).  [OMB has a Jan 17th reg under review HERE to demonstrate Affirmatively Furthering in Baltimore MSA..but no telling when it will make it to the Federal Register].

But then again, publishing a summary of regulations advertised as "Fall, 2011" in January of 2012 doesn't make any sense either....
