Oregon OCAF for FY 2013 is 2.4%; State Table and Notices of All OCAFS for Last 15 Years Published.

The Tuesday October 16th Federal Register has HUD's 2013 state level OCAF's (Operating Cost Adjustment Factors). OCAF's are used to adjust rents for many projects with Section 8 project based rent contracts. Key data: 

• Oregon's 2013 2.4% OCAF is higher than the national average of 2.1%, and identical to the Washington State OCAF. 
• Oregon's 10 year average OCAF of 3.6% is higher than the 3.4% 10 year average OCAF for Washington and higher than the 10 year US average OCAF of 3.4%.   

The effective date for these OCAF's is Feb 11, 2013.
