Did a "naughty or nice" check one last time before Christmas and the Analysis of Fair Housing Impediments for Clackamas County is still not yet posted.
CC CD had indicated in their 2012 CDBG Action Plan that the AI would be completed in the fall of 2012, and with a draft not yet published, winter is the the best that can be hoped for.
My prior post is HERE; it has now been 4 months since last advisory committee meeting, without any updates or explanation of the delay.
(HUD isn't winning any prizes for AI activity either; proposed regulations are still stuck somewhere between HUD, OMB, and the White House).
