Speaker Kotek was the first speaker and spoke to an amended version of the bill, which should appear soon on the Oregon legislative bill searching website HERE. (Look for a "Dash 5 amendment").
Portland City Council Member Nick Fish testified in person for the bill and Metro Chair Hughes offered written support.
