New Portland Tribune Story on City of Portland Renter Affordability.

Story is HERE and includes references to 2014 NLIHC Out of Reach data, as well as data from my recent post about wages and 2013 PDX metro vacancies (HERE). 

Interestingly, the Tribune has another story from earlier this week HERE about efforts of Commissioner Saltzman to put "workforce housing" on City's agenda, yet City of Portland affordable and available data (prior post HERE) shows that 95% of cost burdened renter households have incomes below $50,000.
