This long awaited report with state level data is HERE.
I have confirmed with HUD that they do NOT collect LIHTC gender information, even though HUD reports gender for HUD assisted housing programs in their Picture of Subsidized Housing reports.
My quick draft comparison HERE compares Oregon LIHTC state date from HUD with data on assisted HUD households and also from a prior OHCS LIHTC report.
