OHCS has published HERE, in PDF format, a statewide listing of multifamily rental subsidized projects that they have helped finance, including new construction, rehabs, and preservation projects.
The file was updated July 27th.
I extracted the data into spreadsheet format and have begun to look at it more closely.
In the interim here is a quick snapshot of the projects with projected placed in service dates in the six years from 2019-2024.
2022 is the flagship year with 81 projects/5,732 units and $1.5 billion in development costs.
In the OHCS data I noticed that there are more than 3,500 units where total development costs are unknown. These are substantially older (1990's) projects that do not change the data in this table.
