Second Video of HUD HOME Hearing This AM.

I have posted HERE to the Internet Archive the SECOND portion of video from today's House Financial Services Committee hearing on the HUD HOME program. (Video is also embedded below).

THIS video includes questions from members to HUD witnesses, it starts a couple of minutes after hearing restarted and runs for 2 hours and 7 minutes. Note: This is a LARGE file [567 MB's!] so instead of downloading you likely will want to view online.

Audio: House Financial Services Committee Hearing, March 1st, HUD Oversight

Hearing has one witness, HUD Secretary Donovan, and covers the FY 2012 HUD Budget request and other topics.

Audio: MPAC Adoption of Affordable Housing Policy for Expansion Areas.

This is audio of 1 hour 10 minute discussion at Jan 12, 2011 Metro Policy Advisory Committee of affordable housing language for Title II expansion areas.  

Metro Council adopted this policy on the following day (My prior post HERE also includes audio of that meeting).

Off Topic: Video of Warm November Day at the Beach.

Only time I can ever remember being at Manzanita in November with a combination of clear skies, 70 degree weather, and high seas. This is short 40 second HD video I shot to try to capture the scene so I can remember during the cold/rain/darkness of the winter months.
