LCDC Meeting Agenda: FY 2011-2013 Legislative Concepts Include Affordable Housing Items; Anyone Seen OHCS Legislative Concepts?

Oregon's Land Conservation and Development Commission has a March 17-19 scheduled meeting in Bend; meeting page is HERE.

The Meeting Reports packet includes the proposed FY 2011-FY 2013 legislative agenda for LCDC as agenda item 6. At bottom of page 3 of that document HERE you will find the proposed LCDC affordable housing legislative items (and perhaps some rule making items, too).

QUESTION: As this LCDC agenda item indicates that agency legislative concepts are due to the Governor's Office by April 9th, wonder if anyone has seen FY 2011-2013 legislative concepts from OHCS?
