A review of upcoming documents for the Monday Federal Register includes a notice HERE on the Final FY 2009 final HUD Fair Market Rents.
Actual FMR's are not included in the notice, and will not be available until Monday, and will go into effect on Wednesday Oct. 1st.
I expect to see no change for Oregon from the previously Proposed FY 2008's published in Excel HERE.
