The first page of the PDF shows the average payment amounts per month and then an average for the first six months.(An average of $853 for the six months)
The second page of the PDF shows the total unemployment insurance payment amounts per month with TOTAL for the first six months. ($2.6 Billion).
Finally the third page of the PDF shows the total number of payments per month and the TOTAL for the first six months.(More than 3 million payments).
In all cases all forms of unemployment insurance benefits were included, including the $600 supplement that is now expired.
You will notice a jump in the average unemployment insurance amount per payment starting in April when the $600 supplement kicked in. If you want to see what the average payment is likely be without the $600 supplement you can look back at the months of January February and March. Note also the average payment moving forward will be less than those first months because the mix of unemployed skewed to include more lower income workers after March.
