USASPENDING.gov data show that Oregon and its agencies have obligated $17.1 Billion in federal funds in the last 12 months.
The PDF file I created HERE and embedded below has a ranked order list of those agencies by total funding amount. [USASPENDING terms these "child" agencies to the "parent" agency, the State of Oregon].
Selecting the agency name in the left column will bring a hyperlink with detail for each agency including a listing of their 5 highest federal funding agencies and federal funding [CFDA] programs and a bar graph showing both the amounts and the number of awards. The view of the graph can be modified to show funding by year, quarter, or by month all the way back to FY 2008.
Because the search I created was not limited by year data for each agency should be dynamic and up-to-date as the data found in USASPENDING. In looking at Oregon agency data the current data covers data through at least May 2022.
The link at the bottom of the PDF file I created will get you to the source page on USAspending.gov that will allow you to see State of Oregon graphs with spending patterns over multiple years, quarters, and months. (In both the child and parent view in the upper right corner you will see a pull down that allows you to choose trailing 12 months, a specific fiscal year, or ALL fiscal years).
The graph shows that the state of Oregon and its agencies obligated more than $43 Billion in federal funds in FY 2020, FY 2021, and partial year FY 2022. In the monthly view you will see that in July 2021 alone the State of Oregon and its agencies obligated $6.3 billion in federal funds.
The PDF file also shows in one place the unique entity ID, and DUNS number for each agency. These can be used in USASPENDING to further drill down and find agency level funding details for specific time periods.
