The same day as the Lake Oswego community summit on Housing and Complete Communities the Lake Oswego Review has published a story on affordable housing in Lake Oswego, with a focus on affordable housing in the Foothills redevelopment area.
I was previously interviewed in early December and am one of several people quoted in the story, HERE.
I will be participating in the small group meetings that are part of the Lake Oswego community summit tonight (prior post HERE) and will share some additional thoughts on actions the city can take as part of the planned changes in the city wide comprehensive plan, and corrections and updates needed to a draft May 2011 Housing Needs Analysis [HNA] for Lake Oswego.
I expect that I will post later those city wide suggestions and my analysis of the updates and corrections needed to the draft HNA.
