Updated List of Housing Funding in HB 5006: 10 Added Items Boost Total by $25 Million to $396 Million.

I have deleted my prior post that had my quick summary of housing related funding in HB 5006, AKA the "Christmas Tree" bill. 

I took a detailed link this morning and discovered 10 additional items, some subtractions, and some additions. The net impact is an increase of $25 million from $371 to $396 million.
